Dance Combo classes also have tap shoes. For younger tap students Velcro tap shoes are preferred.
Ballet 1 and up and Pointe students must have a neat, gelled bun and wear pink tights and a black leotard.
All other classes: Appropriate dance attire/athletic wear that isn't too loose. Hair pulled back. Bare feet for tumbling and contemporary. Sneakers for Hip Hop, Tap shoes for tap class. Students may wear jazz shoes, turners or foot paws for jazz and lyrical during the year. Students must wear matching footwear for recital for all classes (info sent out in the spring.
Please make sure your dancer is properly covered up as they enter and exit the studio.
To reduce traffic in the halls and bathrooms, students should not be changing clothes between classes. Your dancer can of course bring a shirt, shorts, etc. to wear over their ballet attire during other classes (things they can put on without using the bathroom). Thank you :)
DON'T FORGET A WATER BOTTLE :)
